Cancel transaction

Purchase cancellation policy:

 We offer the option of canceling a purchase in accordance with the following guidelines:

 1. A cancellation request must be sent in writing to herculesteel@gmail.com within 14 hours of purchasing the product.

 2. The exact order number and purchase information must be provided in the cancellation request.

 3. The cancellation will be accepted and processed within 7 business days of receiving the request and entering the required information.

 4. A refund will be made to the same payment method in which the purchase was made, after the cancellation has been checked and confirmed.

 5. Cancellation of certain products or services may be conducted according to a predefined product cancellation policy.Please refer to the terms of purchase for more details.
